Brandon Evans is CEO (Chief Elevation Officer) and Founder of 1heart.
Brandon has been a lifetime student of spirituality and personal growth. It wasn’t until his first experience with plant medicine over seven years ago, however, that he truly began to live from his heart and express his truth. Now, he is deeply passionate about helping other leaders elevate and operate from their highest selves
Brandon’s Journey has included years of study of Kabbalah, experiential course design with Leading Edge Trainer Forum, and coach training at The Human Potential Institute. Brandon’s passion to mentor and coach leaders has spanned all of his businesses, as well as his volunteer work as a Big Brother and as mentor to entrepreneurs with criminal pasts with Defy Ventures.
Camila is 1heart’s Chief Navigation Office and has been supporting this mission since Journey 12. She is the heartbeat of 1heart and the in-house angel.
Cami navigates behind the scenes to support everything from logistical and operational efforts, communicating with guests so they feel deeply supported, social media outreach, organizing the smallest of details with the retreat center and staff, supporting the medicine people, and more.
Best of all, she does it with the biggest heart and brightest smile. Cami’s love, sweetness, and motherly nature radiates everywhere she is and her presence makes everyone feel at ease.
She also supports in the ceremonies by holding space, singing, and facilitating various workshops and movement classes.
1heart would not be 1heart without her presence and once you’ve connected with her, you’ll understand why for yourself.
Christian began his Journey with 1heart on Journey 13 and hasn’t left since. In just over two years, he’s grown from a boy to a young man and from a 1heart’s podcast volunteer to the Chief Community Officer.
He supports 1heart’s business automation & development, marketing channels, community building, Journey operations & logistics, call & workshop facilitation, spacing holding in ceremonies, and occasionally sings a song.
Christian is known for his optimistic and attuned yet grounded perspective, being an easy laugh, a bottomless well of joy and warmth, and being the Cosmic Chicken of 1heart.
Outside of 1heart, he is the CEO of Hyve, a business consulting firm working with heart-centered organizations and retreat centers. He also mentors and guides numerous people on their path of heart-centered living, leading, and listening.
