INTEGRATING THE AYAHUASCA EXPERIENCE
Integration is the process of anchoring aligned behavioral and psychological upgrades into a person’s life after a transformational experience.
With Ayahuasca, integration is particularly important because a person’s awareness is ripe for these positive changes. So at 1heart, we make the most of these times by guiding guests with daily prompts, journaling prompts, powerful exercises & more. This delicate time period post Ayahuasca plus the program we’ve built encourages guests to cultivate an internal environment that allows them to clarify and create sustained personal, professional, and spiritual growth.

FULLY GUIDED INTEGRATION PROGRAM
1heart provides numerous activities and learning opportunities throughout the 5-week integration program. From daily prompts to life-changing exercises to video updates, each group becomes more active and accountable for their work after returning home. Since we work with a busy demographic, we’ve pioneered this Journey Beyond program to be fully guided by our team and self-paced by each guest for sustained transformation.
VIRTUAL INTEGRATION GATHERINGS
1heart’s integration program includes two Zoom calls, one with the full group and another with the small groups. These are safe spaces for guests to discuss breakthroughs, ask questions, receive guidance and feedback, and receive collective insights from the group.
WORKSHOPS AND MODULES
Our workshops and modules offer immersive learning opportunities to deepen your understanding of Ayahuasca’s impact and its integration into your life.
