About CHRISTIAN, YOUR GATHERING'S CO-HOST.
Christian has been with 1heart for over three years, first joining as a guest on J13. While receiving rapé during his second ceremony, he knew deep in his bones that serving the 1heart mission was exactly where he belonged. Since June 2022, he has developed from a Marketing Volunteer and Marketing Director to his current rol e as theChief Community Officer and Journeys Co-Host.
The story goes that Christian joined 1heart as a boy and now serves the mission as a man.
He’s been a steady heartbeat on & off Journey, supporting almost all departments of the business, from strategic conversations, leadership decisions, and technical execution as well as leading various workshops and group calls. Plus, he’s sharing his musical gifts, warm smile, felt reverence, and grounding presence on Journey with each of the 11 cohorts he’s served and the ones to come.

While he’s a leader of leaders, creating heart-centered cultures and sustainable systems wherever he works, J is also a devoted student. With deep studies in breathwork, yoga, sound, music, plant medicine, and more, he often leaves rooms nourished, inspired, alive, and curious in ways they haven’t felt or been given permission to explore before.
J first joined 1heart on Journey 11 in 2021 and then took his time to integrate and listen for the calling before returning on Journey 18 and being part of the team since, and now, stepping into an even bigger role.
With a heart called to the intersection of community and positive lasting impact, as well as being a seeker of various personal and spiritual development practices, J is a bridge between worlds.
His ability to relatably share the subtleties of Spirit through somatics, speech, song, and dance invites anyone paying attention to go inward and directly experience that all they’re looking for can always be found by going within.
